   Lift top is a great for eating and watching tv. Hidden compartment is like a secret stash, and it keeps my space tidy.

   Reason for three stars… while pictures were helpful, there is no way to know what direction to put the pieces so the holes align! The first step (four pieces) were confusing, which resulted in us having to take apart several pieces because they were upside down or facing in or out! Once we realized the holes were wrong bc we had it upside down or right sides out it started making more sense. Table is rather sturdy and the hinges were relatively easy to attach! Perfect size for my small living room!

   It took me much time to install! The instruction doesn’t make sense at most of the parts. Overall, the coffee table is nice. Its quality is good and looks great in my living room.

   I love this table! The design is very sleek & modern. It fit perfectly in my daughter’s campus apartment. This could function as a coffee table or TV stand. The espresso color is a beautiful dark brown. It’s MDF board with a water-resistant veneer finish. Includes all required hardware, dual tip screwdriver & easy to read instructions. Do be aware of the hole placement on each piece & where it lines up with the next step. My 19 yr. old daughter was able to have this assembled in under an hour without any assistance from Mom. She has at least 2 years of college left, so I wanted a versatile table that could change as her housing changed. I love the section that lifts to expose storage underneath. Not only is the storage valuable, but it provides an eating/desk surface for her to use in the living room. The top lifts/closes effortlessly & smoothly. A fantastic option for dorms or small spaces where every inch counts. She also uses this surface frequently to watch movies on her laptop. As she acquires other furniture, it could be converted into a TV stand. The quality is great & should last with her throughout school & into her first home.

   The coffee table s goo. The wood is good, and it doesn’t get chipped or broken while assembling it together. the finish is smooth, and it perfectly complements the space and gives elegant look, but the main function was very excited about, the lift top feature it doesn’t work. I had to apply lot on pressure on it to pop up but it get stuck in the middle and I have to pull it all the way up by giving support at the hinge rail and same while going down. It is not smooth. It does have a space though to keep lot of things in coffee table.

   This is an amazing table. It’s a perfect height and looks great! It has a smooth wood finish and was not too hard to build at all!

   The only issue was that it came with no screws for the raising mechanical piece. As a result the top is just loose and the table moves around.

   I bought a similar table last year and thought it’d be nice add another one for company during the holidays in front of our loveseat.
   I like the look, stability and storage and although directions need to be read closely, not too bad to put together.
