95% of products will arrive in 2-4 business days despite what the delivery times state as long as we have the product in stock.

Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We unfortunately cannot control how the shipping carriers handle our packages, so from time to time, our products will get damaged in the mail. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

There is no need to return the product.

Please contact us either through live chat (if during business hours) or submit a ticket and let us know the following information so we may fix the issue and save you a trip to the shipping carrier.

If you find an identical product out there for cheaper with shipping cost included that is not offering a limited-time sale, please contact us via a ticket and we will price match and give you a 5% additional discount. We will hold true to our word that we will always offer the best prices we can.

Our cost will fluctuate depending on the market and we strive to offer the best prices we can by passing the savings to our customers. If the product was purchased within 45 days, please contact us via a ticket and we will be happy to provide the difference via a partial refund.
