I like the larger feet (foot or leg caps at the floor) for stability and the fact that the stool is a bit wider than others so it can be sat on. the steps have plenty of depth adding stability when standing on it at any level. It is well made and perfect for home use. Plenty sturdy also to carry bigger people.

We have high ceilings; kitchen cabinets are unreachable & having the handles really makes it as safe as possible. Steps have good depth and made so you don’t slip and it’s easy and lightweight to move around. We love everything about it.
